Aer Lingus
Aer Lingus has announced 4 new routes that will be available next year. Aer Lingus will begin flying to Paris, Barcelona, Brindisi (Italy) and Alghero (Italy). The flights will depart from Shannon and Dublin starting March/May.
Ryanair
Ryanair has announced new routes connecting Georgia to Italy, Germany and France. Unfortunately, there will be no direct flights from the UK but the new routes to Tblisi and Kutaisi will help promote Georgian tourism. Fares are currently on sale for under 10 euros.
Jet2
Jet2 has announced a raft of new routes starting in 2020. This includes Kefalonia, Nice, Budapest, Murcia, La Rochella, Bergerac and Kos. Flights will fly out from Jet2's regional bases including Newcastle, Manchester, Leeds Bradford and Stansted.
EasyJet
With the relaxation of the ban on travel to Eqypt - EasyJet has jumped on board to offer passengers flights to the resorts of Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada. The Eqyptian resorts have suffered badly since the travel ban and have spent millions on improving security.
Another new route is from London Luton to Prague, Manchester to Verona and Manchester to Rovaniem (Finland) just in time for Xmas.
WizzAir
The Hungarian airline continues to expand its operations in Eastern Europe with a whole raft of new routes set to start in the summer of 2020.
