When can I claim compensation from Play Airlines?

In accordance to EU Regulation 261/ 2004 passengers are entitled to compensation if they have encounted a flight delay of over 3 hours or if their flight has been cancelled. If you have been denied boarding due to over booking or miss a connection then you are also eligible for compensation.

What are the criteria to claim against Play Airlines?

Your flight was delayed at least three hours

Your flight was full and you were denied boarding
